ttu® is dedicated to manufacturing and distributing safe, high-quality products to the American consumer. We ensure your safety through extensive testing and quality control procedures. Our products are performance tested before they enter the market. Once in the market, our team of Quality Control Experts ensures that ttu® products meet the high standards you have come to expect. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. We don't accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, or company checks.
How do you ship orders with multiple Product? For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
How do you handle out-of-Stock Products? We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually all items are shipped from our warehouse in Carson California using either Fedex or UPS. All orders are shipped within 3 working days from receipt of your order.
However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
What is your privacy policy? ttu® corp. and its family of brands are committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection of personal information you share with us such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, etc.. ttu® Corp. will not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any other entity outside of this corporation.
At times we will ask you for your personal information such as when you purchase or order a product, subscribe to a service, answer surveys, or participate in contests, sweepstakes or promotions. This information might include your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases.
You may choose not to provide such information. However if you choose not to provide the information we are requesting, you may not be able to purchase products, or access certain services, or participate in certain offers and contests.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

Our website may contain links to third parties. We are providing these links for your convenience and we have no control over their content or their privacy policies, purchasing and/or return policies. What is your product return policy? When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. All refunds will be made to your credit card directly. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please follow the following steps to expedite your return and/or replacement: A. Contact our customer service department for authorization code (see below) B. Include copy of the original receipt C. Include the following information in the shipment: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, order ID, reason for return, action to be taken and write on the shipping box “return merchandise and next to it indicate the authorization code” Return Shipments will not be processed and no action will be taken until all information is verified. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.
Standard Shipping and handling
Our shipping and handling rates cover the expenses for mail order safe repacking, processing and the shipping of your order.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories include an additional $10.00 charge Delivery to APO/FPO Addresses
We cannot make deliveries to APO/FPO Rush Shipping and Processing Sorry we do not accept rush or overnight deliveries at this time
International Orders
Sorry we are not presently set up for international shipment. Special Shipping Services
Gift-wrapping and Order Delay Sorry but we do not have gift wrapping services or shipment delay service at this time.
Do you charge Taxes on e-commerce orders? Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |
