Italian Meatballs 1 lb. lean ground beef ½ cup Italian bread crumbs 1/3 cup water (more or less) ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 1 medium onion 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced salt (to taste) pepper (to taste) Mix all ingredients together. Add water from time to time while mixing. Mixture should be moist, but not so moist that the meatballs fall apart. Shape meatballs into desired size and place individually in wire rack’s baskets (wet hands before shaping each meatball, as it helps make a shapelier meatball, and keeps meat from sticking to your hands). Place wire rack in baking pan, then into oven. Bake until cooked to your liking. When finished, add to spaghetti sauce and simmer at least 20 minutes.
